Description

1,2-hexanediol is a highly effective and mild bonding agent and moisturizer. It is especially useful for bonding silicone products and can be used in lower concentrations than many other bonding agents, reducing the likelihood of irritation. 1,2-hexanediol contains many chemical compounds, including: alpha-lipoic acid, an antioxidant; chrysin, an anti-inflammatory flavonoid; diosgenin, which supports healthy cholesterol levels in the blood; glucosamine hydrochloride, which slows down degeneration of joints; and indole-3-carbinol, a nutritive compound that can prevent cancer.
