Amodimethicone

Description

Amodimethicone (also known as silicones with "amo", "amino" or "amino" in their name) is another type of silicone that has been chemically modified to better adhere to your hair. This means it will adhere well but can also be harder to remove. Amodimethicone is usually used in non-rinse conditioners. It prevents water loss by forming a barrier on the skin. Like most silicone materials, it has a unique slip that makes it easy to spread and gives products a smooth and silky feel when applied to the skin. It can also help fill in fine lines/wrinkles on the face, giving it a temporary "plump" look.
