Description

Technical carbon is a dark-black powder used as a pigment in cosmetic products, but it has acquired certain properties due to incomplete combustion in controlled conditions, i.e. specially made in a certain way. This creates a fine black powder with a high ratio of surface area to volume, so the chemical substance is usually included in cosmetic products as it provides greater dispersion.
