Description

HC Blue No. 12 provides hair with a bluish color or, at very low concentrations, helps to give the product a tint. The pigment has a light blue color and is usually used to create shades of light russet, cool blond or gray hair. Hair dyes are mostly used in semi-permanent products because they do not penetrate very deeply into the hair.
