Description
Isopropyl alcohol is both an aromatizer and an alcohol. It is known that isopropyl alcohol, also known as rubbing alcohol, dries/enhances the skin if it is listed among the main ingredients (higher up on the list of ingredients); small amounts in other good formulas are not a problem. In addition to this type of alcohol drying and causing sensitization, it can disrupt the surface layers of the skin. It is made from the same petroleum base used to create gramplatings.
