Description
Anionic surfactants are obtained by sulfation of aliphatic alcohols based on natural or synthetic raw materials. It dissolves well in water, practically does not dissolve in non-polar organic solvents. It has a strong washing and foaming ability. One of the main South African countries. With calcium and magnesium salts, it forms poorly soluble salts, which can cause plaque formation on hair and skin when using products containing sodium lauryl sulfate in very hard water. Compositions with an increased content of sodium lauryl sulfate are dermatologically unfavorable due to their degreasing and irritating effect on the skin. It is used for the production of shampoos, liquid soap, household and technical detergents.
