Description
Niacin (nicotinic acid) is a form of vitamin B3, similar in action to niacinamide, but with a more pronounced "warming" effect. In cosmetics, it is used to stimulate microcirculation, improve skin tone, detoxify and give the skin a healthy glow. Niacin activates blood circulation, which can cause temporary redness or warmth - this is a normal reaction. It is added to anti-aging products, hair loss treatments, and toning serums for "tired" skin. It works deeper than niacinamide, but more gently.
