Description
PEG-20 Glyceryl Laurate is a non-ionic surfactant, emulsifier, and solubilizer created by ethoxylation of glyceryl laurate. In cosmetics, it is used to mix oils and water, cleanse the skin, dissolve fragrances and essential oils in water-based formulas.
