Description

Sodium Citrate is a mild organic salt with strong stabilizing and conditioning properties. It helps to create a lot of foam and softens the harsh effects of hard water on skin and hair. Sodium Citrate can also act as a buffer and shows good thickening properties. It is soluble in water but insoluble in alcohol. It is used for metal neutralization in solutions. It is registered as a food additive E331.
