Description
Sorbitan Laurate is a non-ionic emulsifier that helps to mix water and oils into a stable emulsion. It is used in creams, lotions, milks, and micellar waters. In addition to stabilizing formulas, Sorbitan Laurate acts as a surfactant and can also soften the skin. It is well tolerated even by sensitive skin and is often used in combination with other emulsifiers (such as Polysorbate 20).
