Sorbitan Tristearate is an emulsifier and stabilizer that allows for the combination of water and oil phases in cosmetic products. It is added to create a uniform texture in creams, lotions, balms, decorative cosmetics, and sunscreens. It also acts as a mild softener, improves consistency, and facilitates application onto the skin. Suitable for sensitive skin, non-comedogenic, and has a low irritation level.
