Description

Triethoxycaprylylsilane is a silicone agent widely used in cosmetics as a binding, water-repellent, and covering component. It is particularly useful in decorative cosmetics (powders, foundations, eyeshadows) as it provides better adhesion of pigments to the skin, increases the product's durability, and improves its application. Triethoxycaprylylsilane also has hydrophobic properties, allowing products to be more resistant to moisture and sweat, and the skin to remain matte for longer. It creates a thin, invisible film on the skin that does not clog pores but provides comfort and a uniform finish.
