Description

Triethylcitrate (TEC) is an oil-soluble cosmetic ingredient for skin care. Triethylcitrate is used as solvents, dispersants, and fixatives by perfumers. It is well accepted as an active ingredient in deodorants and is excellent for fragrances. In pharmaceutical applications, triethylcitrate helps to plasticize tablets with enteric coatings.
